FACILITY POLICIES
- ALL UNITS MUST BE LOCKED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AFTER RENTING. If you do not have a lock to put on the unit, we will lock the unit until you are ready to move in. You will need to contact the office in order to get the lock removed. This procedure is to ensure that another occupant does not occupy your unit prior to you moving in.
- Occupant access hours are 8:30am to 4:00pm 7 days a week and 365 days a year. YOU MUST BE OUT OF YOUR UNIT AND OFF THE PREMISE BY 4:00 PM !!
- No pets are allowed outside of the vehicles, please.
- NO SMOKING ON FACILITY !!
- Use of loading cart in warehouse. There is a heavy-duty loading cart available to help you in loading and unloading your belongings, if needed. This cart is located just inside the door. Please return it to the front when finished.
- No garage sales are permitted on the facility.
- Insuring your stored property: Sequim Stow Places is just renting you the space. You are responsible for your belongings. Sequim Stow Places does NOT carry insurance covering your property.
- No fuel, combustibles or toxins to be stored here.
